At The Crave, we take great care with our crafts and products with our fresh baked goods. Due to our perishable nature of products, we have the following return and refund policy in hand:
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods once they are picked up or delivered.
Here’s why:
Food Saftety & Health Regulations - Once an order/product leaves from our care, we can no longer ensure its proper handling, storage, or safety quality. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot accept returned goods.
Quality & Freshness Guarantee - We take good measure to ensure your order meets quality standards. If you believe and is sure that there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve said matter.

Refunds & Order Issues
- If you receive the wrong item or your order comes damaged or lost, please notify us immediately with evidence if eligible to review.
- We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences, change of mind after pickup/delivery, damage cause after pickup/delivery, or if order wasn’t picked up on time.
- Refunds may be insured on a case by case basis at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order or fill out the refund request form. Include order details, a description of the issue, and evidence if applicable.

Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified up to 2 days before the scheduled pickup date or delivery. After that, no changes or refunds can be made.
- Huge costumed orders for events and etc cannot be refunded once production has begun. And require a non-refundable deposit.
